Jakob from Wheels magazine stopped by yesterday for some brush work to top off is custom built Yamaha Thumper.
The bike had already been painted red with white scallops and outlined in black. All that was needed was some lettering and stripe work to top it off.. After some pondering and several good/bad ideas, we almost went with my suggestion Gold lettering .. until Jakob with coffee in hand saw the light and we realized the lettering should, of course be silver!
And so it was, my groggy Sunday mind was saved .. can’t all my customers be graphic designers ??

Used to be you could only find this stuff from a 10th generation video tape passed around amongst friends.
My old Neighbor Jonathan had a very impressive pre Internet VHS collection. I was hipped to this shit back in the 90’s sitting around his apartment eating bowls of homemade chili and drinking beers. That was what life was about back then.
