Visiting Tin, the 8-16 striper/ Tini maalaa joka päivä työkseen straippeja!
Pinstriper PekkaWizzz.
In the other day I went to visit my old buddy Tin, to shoot some new pics for th upcoming Basic of Pinstripes-book. The reason… this guy is working as professional pinstriper, working five days a week as pinstriper. I often get these questions about the Beugler tool, what is it made for… well, check this: Tin pulls the lines for the horse race carriages ( called Sulky I guess) every day and says that one roll of the Beugler -tool lasts about a month! But the speed he is pulling those lines is astonishing!
Työkaluna on Beugler-straippirulla, jolla syntyy viivaa käsittämättömän nopeasti. Beugler -myyjä kehuu aina kuinka vehkeen rullat ovat lähes ikuisia, mutta tosiasiassa Tinin käytössä yksi rulla alkaa olla valmista kauraa noin kuukaudessa.
While visiting Tini I took a chance to check out his other projects as well. The famous Kustom -Chevy is now in driving condition and I can assure, there is nothing like in on the earth! A bit of finishing and he’s rolling in the next summer! Rear deck is made of ‘52 Chevy’s hood and the 2-door business sedan has some of most beautiful flowing lines in the country. I can’t wait to see the car on the road! Those stripes in the rear are made by Alan Johnson, you can actually see him working with the car in his book of Pinstriping. The beautiful lettering is by Englishman Jon Leeson and flames are pure Tin, in the spirit of Von Dutch.
